Cancellation Policy

By booking an infrared sauna session with Empowr Health, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Booking & Payment Full payment may be required at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation email/text has been issued. Pricing may change at any time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booked time. Late cancellations, changes made within the 24-hour window, or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of your session fee. Bookings are non-transferrable unless approved by Empowr Health. Arrival & Late Attendance Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare and complete any required forms. If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced and no additional time will be provided. Arrival more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and your session may be forfeited. Session Use & Conduct You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Empowr Health staff or signage. A towel must be used on seating surfaces, you may bring your own or use one supplied. Alcohol, drugs, or intoxication before or during your session is strictly prohibited. Empowr Health reserves the right to refuse service if you are considered unfit, unsafe, or unsuitable to participate. Personal Responsibility You are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing during the session. If you feel light-headed, unwell, or uncomfortable, you must exit the sauna immediately and notify staff if present. Facility Use & Damage Please use the sauna respectfully and leave the space tidy. Any intentional or negligent damage to Empowr Health property may result in charges to cover repair or replacement. Liability Empowr Health is not liable for any injury, loss, illness, or property damage arising from sauna use. You acknowledge that sauna use is at your risk Empowr Health reserves the right to refuse cancel bookings due to unsafe behaviour. Eligibility & Health You confirm you are medically fit to participate in infrared sauna use. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, low or high blood pressure, chronic illness, acute injury, diabetes, or are under medical treatment, you agree to consult your medical professional before booking. You agree to notify Empowr Health of any medical conditions or changes prior to your session. You understand that sauna use is at your own risk.
